To confirm your reservation, we require full payment at the time of booking. For cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice, a full refund will be issued.
If unforeseen circumstances arise within the 24-hour period, we understand and are happy to reschedule your reservation for a future date. Please contact us as soon as possible in these situations.
Any changes regarding your booking (ie time, number of guests, dietary options) must be made by speaking directly with a staff member. Please do not leave a message or email as we cannot guarantee your request will be processed in a timely manner.

We've been previously and really loved the service but I was kind of disappointed this time. We had booked for 1:30 for an afternoon tea. I was taking my mom, sister and niece for mother's day but I didn't upgrade to the mother's day tea because afternoon tea has always been lovely. When we arrived our name wasn't on a reserved table. There was an error on their part and it was schedule for 3:30 but they managed to fit us in, which was a relief. At the beginning of service they came and checked on the table and we said it was great, because it was. During the middle of service I asked for a second hot chocolate for my niece, and they said ok but never came back with it. We had all finished our tea and were full but with plenty of left overs. Take home packaging for all the tables but no one ever came back to us. We sat there for at least 15 minutes. My mom, sister and niece went to look in the tea shop and I waited another 5 or so minutes. Still no one came so I joined them in the tea store. I assume the left over scones and deserts were tossed because they cleared the table after went to the tea room (store area). I'll bring them back for the tea store but I don't know about the afternoon tea. I know they were busy, I appreciate that, and they're lovely staff but for the cost of it, it was just ok this time around.

My sisters and I enjoyed our Afternoon Tea. Everything was fresh and very tasty. So many teas to choose from. I had Steve’s chai and was not disappointed!
The environment was inviting and calm. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We were welcomed by friendly staff who assisted us to select a tea. With so many to choose from staff were very knowledgeable. We enjoyed lovely sandwiches, homemade scones, and petite desserts. The ambiance was warm and friendly. We did not feel rushed and it was a great way to celebrate with my daughter and daughter-in-laws.
