To confirm your reservation, we require full payment at the time of booking. For cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice, a full refund will be issued.
If unforeseen circumstances arise within the 24-hour period, we understand and are happy to reschedule your reservation for a future date. Please contact us as soon as possible in these situations.
Any changes regarding your booking (ie time, number of guests, dietary options) must be made by speaking directly with a staff member. Please do not leave a message or email as we cannot guarantee your request will be processed in a timely manner.

We entered Lana and Steve’s tea haven with much anticipation and we were not disappointed! We had a wonderful tour and all of our questions were answered by the lovely and informative Lana! She made us a fantastic London fog and we also got to sample Steve’s original Rooibos blend! It was all amazing! The sandwiches and scones were all so delicious!!!!! We died for Lana’s special cinnamon butter and I put it on everything!! We got to taste her grandma’s special recipe for the egg salad croissant and her delicate and tasty scones!!!!!! Going here was a little Heaven!!!! Lana was so accommodating - we loved browsing through all of the teas and learning about some of them. I learned a lot more about tea!!!!! Steve's Signature Afternoon Tea was a delight. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. There is the best tea selection. The staff were very accommodating, and we even took home clotted cream for our scones. 😋

Nice ambience in the tea room. Excellent selection of teas to choose from plus a delicious selection of sweets and savouries. The egg and chicken salad sandwiches and the pistachio pudding and warm sticky toffee pudding in particular were outstanding.
Visited Steve’s Tea Room last weekend with my sister and parents. We had a lovely experience right from picking out tea and teacup to the delicious sandwiches, scones and petit fours. Would definitely go again and recommend this as a great spot to go!
