To confirm your reservation, we require full payment at the time of booking. For cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice, a full refund will be issued.
If unforeseen circumstances arise within the 24-hour period, we understand and are happy to reschedule your reservation for a future date. Please contact us as soon as possible in these situations.
Any changes regarding your booking (ie time, number of guests, dietary options) must be made by speaking directly with a staff member. Please do not leave a message or email as we cannot guarantee your request will be processed in a timely manner.
